All gift certificates are redeemable in person, in shop only. Limit to one (1) “Gift Certificate” per person per visit. Gift certificates may not be used towards deposit. Purchase of gift certificate does not count as scheduling an appointment. Appointments must be requested and scheduled online through our website. A consultation is preferred before an appointment is scheduled on most tattoo designs. so please check with your artist before you schedule an appointment. Gift certificates are not valid with any other offers or promotions. Gift certificates are valid for up to one (1) year after date of purchase, and must be scheduled and redeemed before expiration date otherwise it becomes void. Gift certificates may not be redeemed for cash. Gift certificate becomes void if copied, changed, reproduced, purchased elsewhere, traded, sold or transferred other than as a “Gift“. Every gift certificate purchased has been assigned individual and unique id numbers and may not be used more than one (1) time. You are responsible for any remaining balance on services that are not covered by the value of of your gift certificate. Please check with your artist and let them know you have a gift certificate before your appointment so they may give you a rough estimate on your service. No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges. Your artist reserves the right to reschedule gift certificate appointments accordingly and is not responsible if your gift certificate expires due to scheduling conflicts within the time frame they have given you.
