INSTRUCTIONS FOR BOOKING FEE

A Booking fee is now required for all tattoo services unless instructed otherwise by your artist.

  1. Carefully, read entire booking policy
  2. Click on booking fee “Pay Now” button
  3. Enter booking fee amount according to service, you are requesting
  4. Click “Checkout” button
  5. Fill out check out information and submit payment

Note: Paying a booking fee , and requesting and appointment are separate from each other. If you are paying a booking fee you will be redirected back to the appointment page to complete appointment request (Both must be completed and submitted).

Booking Fee Policy

APPOINTMENT BOOKING FEES

In order to keep our appointments running smoothly, and in attempt to minimize “last minute cancellations” and “no call no shows”, we will now implementing a “Booking fee” for all appointments. When we approve a clients appointment , we are essentially blocking off a significant portion of our schedule. If a clients cancels with short notice or fails to arrive at all without notice, we lose out on our earnings for that time block and might have possibly turned away other clients that could have filled that spot.

We will be charging a booking fee to hold the appointment time based on the price of the services as followed:

SERVICE BOOKING FEE AMOUNT

Walk-ins – $25

Shop minimum – $25

Get what you get – $25

1-2 hour session – $25

2-3 hour session – $50

3-4 hour session – $50

Drawing fee – $100

Please note If you arrive on time for your appointment the booking fee will be applied towards the price of your service.  If you fail to arrive within 15 minutes after your Scheduled appointment time or text to change or cancel the appointment with less than SEVEN(7) BUSINESS DAYS NOTICE, the booking fee will be forfeited.

In some instances your booking fee may be transferable, these instances include if you need to reschedule your appointment and give proper notice (7 business days) prior to your appointment date, or if your artist has asked you to reschedule due to special circumstances or artist availability. Otherwise you will need to pay a new booking fee in order to request a reschedule or new appointment.

ALL BOOKING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS! IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND  OR HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS ABOUT THE BOOKING FEE PLEASE DO NOT CONTINUE WITH PAYING THE BOOKING FEE AND CONTACT YOUR ARTIST IMMEDIATELY SO THEY CAN ADDRESS ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS YOU MAY HAVE!


By continuing You are agreeing to put down a booking fee to set or hold an appointment time for tattooing or artwork design. What the booking fee does is say that you are committed to showing up for your appointment and getting the tattoo or service that you discussed with your artist in a timely manner, and that
you trust your artist to come up with a design to your satisfaction with the information you have given them, or If you have a budget for your tattoo please let us know before we begin designing your tattoo, this way we do not design outside of your budget.
